Born in 1946. Fellow of Russian Academy of Sciences. Doctor of Physical and Mathematical Sciences. Director of the V.A. Trapeznikov Institute of Management Problems (RAS). Laureate of the USSR State Prize in the field of Science and Technique. His merits marked by S. P. Korolev Medal "For Labor Merit".
